You can request a booking using the calendar below. Please ensure you are familiar with our terms and conditions along with other information on this page before you request a booking.

You must allow time within your booking for setting up and tidying up i.e if your activity lasts one hour but there is 30 minutes setting up and 30 minutes tidying up either side, your booking must be for two hours. You cannot arrive before the time your booking starts to set up, and we ask you to end on time too.

We have differing booking policies for residents and non-residents.

Residents: Godmersham and Crundale Parish residents are able to book the hall for pretty much any event, subject to the discretion of the booking secretary. Proof of residency may be requested if you are not known to the booking secretary or a trustee.

Non-residents: bookings for activities listed below will be accepted at the discretion of the booking secretary.

• Weddings
• Christenings
• Funeral Wakes
• Seminars, Courses and Classes
• Religious Services
• Community Events
• Corporate Events
• Children’s birthday parties (up to age 12 yrs.)

Please be aware that we cannot accept certain specific activities from non-residents in particular parties for teenagers or young adults (13 onwards, 18 or 21 years etc) nor any evening parties which fall outside of the activities listed above.

We are sorry but there will not be any deviation from the policy.

Once happy with the terms and conditions, you can check availability and make a booking below.

• If the time slot you need is free, you can click the + New Booking
• We will send you a confirmation that the booking has been accepted.
• Nearer the time of your booking you will receive an invoice for the hire charge and deposit, as appropriate.
• Access codes for the hall and instructions will be sent to the email address used to book no later than 24 hours before your booking.
